We deal with catcalling, workplace harassment, groping on the dance floor, being followed when walking in public, being drugged at parties, having a date take things too far, and living with a violent partner.
We can’t rely on a boyfriend or husband to be by our side at all times, and in fact sometimes our intimate partners are the men who want to hurt us.
The time has come for us to reclaim our power, to declare that we no longer accept the idea the we are not capable of protecting ourselves and must look to a male savior to sweep in and protect us when we are threatened or in danger.

We will meet for three consecutive days for an intensive retreat experience. We’ll spend the first day diving deep into a new mindset, and days two and three building our physical skills. The retreat will culminate in a series of realistic scenarios where you will discover your true power.
